Terms:
In order to begin a project, we require:

1. A signed Service Agreement, which we provide.

2. A down payment of 25% of the cost of the project which is non-refundable. Total project costs vary depending on type and size of project.  The balance will be due upon completion.

Billing Options:
Retainer: Clients with on-going projects pay a set amount each month that covers 100% of all costs associated. All departments are utilized and client has access to all services for unlimited hours per month. In this case: Monthly invoices are sent and are due in 7 calendar days.

Project: A set fee is determined for a project, usually dependent on hours needed, expenses, costs and other variables of the project. 25% due to begin project, the balance will be due upon completion.

Turn-around time and deadlines
Unless otherwise indicated, project work will begin the next business day following project assignment. Guaranteed to deliver on or before deadline.
